Nestled in the heart of the Wirral, Bidston Observatory is a stunning gem that’s beginning to turn heads for weddings—and for good reason! This historic building, steeped in character and charm, is the perfect backdrop for any couple looking to tie the knot in a unique setting.

Recently, I had the pleasure of taking part in a styled shoot there, focusing on a dreamy woodland theme that felt both serene and magical. The vibrant emerald green hues we incorporated really brought the space to life. Natural elements like moss and wildflowers created an inviting atmosphere that beautifully celebrated nature’s beauty. Classic white calligraphy on our signage added a touch of elegance, inviting guests to explore this stunning venue.

While my focus was on the woodland aspect, I must give a shout-out to the amazing suppliers who brought the celestial theme to life in another part of the observatory. Their creativity with huge gold moon statues, purple and blue hues and whimsical illustrations captured the essence of the night sky, perfectly complementing the historic setting.

The contrast between the celestial and woodland vibes made for an unforgettable experience, showcasing the versatility of Bidston Observatory.
